  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Highly recommended for last-minute birthday gifts, holiday surprises, or when you need your next weekend build ready!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Because a complete build requires every single piece to be present, every kit goes through a strict final weight and laser-packaging inspection within 1-2 business days to ensure no brick is left behind. You will receive an email tracking link the moment your package is in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship via secure carriers to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses across the United States.

What should I do if my kit is missing a piece? While our automated sorting system operates with a 99.9% accuracy rate, we know how frustrating a missing piece can be. Don't worry—we’ve got your back! Simply email us at info@auraassembly.myshopify.com
 with your order number and the specific part number from your instruction manual, and we will ship your missing piece directly to you immediately at zero extra cost.

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted by your building experience. If a kit isn’t the perfect match for your current creative journey, we happily accept returns of unopened, unbuilt items in their original, completely sealed factory packaging within 30 days of delivery.
